On October 31, production ceremony of the 1 millionth fine blanking part was held in Tiancheng Controls’ Metal Part Plant, which set a new milestone in fine blanking technology and core-part production, marking our further extension of the industry chain, demonstrating our ability in innovation, and improving the competitiveness of our products.

Tiancheng Controls has already gained 6 years’ experience in independent R&D and production of core-parts. Since the start of fine blanking in 2021, Metal Part Plant has been committed to creation of high-quality fine blanking products. Through continuous efforts, it took the lead in mass production of fine blanking parts in the recliner in September of 2022: movable and fixed dials; and locking plates, rollers and cams in 2023. Up to now, Tiancheng Controls has achieved overall localization of core-parts from independent R&D, fine blanking production and automatic assembly.

The workshop is equipped with imported fine blanking machine-tools, which is high in accuracy, strong in stability, and has automatic protection in safety. The fully automated production process and advanced equipment increase the Takt Time to 35 times per minute, with size and GD&T within 0.05mm and flatness below 0.1mm. The high precision and high standard ensure the industry-leading level of core-parts produced by Tiancheng Controls’ Metal Part Plant, winning trust and appreciation of more and more customers.

In addition to its excellent performance in product quality, the workshop has also made remarkable achievements in cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Through lean management and independent development of fine blanking molds, nearly 2 million yuan is saved, output per capita reaching around 1 million yuan.

Looking ahead, Tiancheng Controls will further the R&D and application of fine blanking technology, continuously introduce new technologies and optimize production processes. We firmly believe that Metal Part Plant will bring more success and achievements to both customers and Tiancheng Controls.
