On January 7, 2025, 2025 Supplier Conference, themed "One family, one heart, teamwork wins!", was held by SHANTUI Co., Ltd. (SHANTUI hereinafter) in Jining, Shandong Province, where over 310 top suppliers across the country gathered. Construction Machinery & Commercial Vehicle Division of Zhejiang TENCHEN Controls Co., Ltd. (TENCHEN hereinafter) stood out with its excellent product quality and long-term in-depth cooperation, and won the Quality Excellence Award, which is not only an official recognition of TENCHEN’s technical strength in construction machinery seats, but also takes the strategic partnership to the next level.

Top management including Mr.Li Shizhen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of SHANTUI attended the event in person to present awards to outstanding suppliers in 2024 including TENCHEN, where they reviewed the brilliant achievements of the past year and defined the direction of the strategic planning and development blueprint for the coming year. GM summarized the highlights in 2024 and elaborated on the strategic concept of 2025. Meanwhile, leaders present had in-depth discussions on issues including product quality improvement and procurement management optimization.
