On January 11, the delegation led by Mr. Jiang Bingfeng, member of Standing Committee of Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Publicity Minister, visited our company for inspection and guidance themed "to Solve Problems with Service and Help Enterprises Make a Good Start". Mr. Chen Bangrui, chairman of Tiancheng Controls (TC), warmly welcomed the arrival of the delegation, accompanied them to visit the production line of digital workshop in Passenger Car Tiantai Base, a national green factory, and also introduced the production and operation, intelligent manufacturing capacity, production and processing progress and digitization process of TC.

As a vehicle seat intelligent manufacturing enterprise in the early stage of Taizhou's industrial digital transformation, TC established a brand-new industrial ecology with digital technology as the core and in-depth integration with the real industrial economy by using new technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing and 5G in the process of industrial digitization, so as to open up the seamless connection of human, computers, materials and systems. It is a brand-new manufacturing system that combines digital technology with real industry to promote the efficient development of TC's intelligent manufacturing. As TC's digital strategy, overall plans to be implemented in stages with medium and long-term objectives will be made so as to realize all-round changes in enterprise processes such as organization, business, sales, human resources, product R & D and manufacturing.

In August of 2017, it was listed as a pilot enterprise for the implementation of the integration management system of National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

In 2017, "construction of intelligent production base for passenger cars" was listed as a provincial key technological transformation project.

In 2018, "integration and application of vehicle seats’ green key process system" was listed in the national green manufacturing system integration project.

In March of 2019, "vehicle seats’ green intelligent manufacturing construction project" was listed as a key technological transformation project in Zhejiang Province.

In September of 2019, it was rated as a national green factory.

In November of 2019, "vehicle seat digital workshop" was rated as digital workshop / intelligent factory in Zhejiang Province.

In November of 2019, it was rated as "the third batch of cloud benchmarking enterprises in Zhejiang Province".

In June of 2021, "aviation seat core parts production base construction project" was included in "Five Batches" key technological transformation demonstration project of Zhejiang Province.

In October of 2021, it was rated as "pilot demonstration enterprise for integrated development of new generation information technology and manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province".

Digital transformation helps the high-quality development of the national economy. TC actively responds to the national strategy of "Made in China 2025", and will continue to promote all-round digital transformation, build an intelligent benchmark factory in the seat industry, and promote the new trend of high-quality development.

With "to Solve Problems with Service and Help Enterprises Make a Good Start" as a theme, delegation led by Mr. Jiang Bingfeng, Publicity Minister and member of Standing Committee of Taizhou Municipal Party Committee, Mr. Li Qianyong, Publicity Minister of Standing Committee of Tiantai County Party Committee, and Mr. Yuan Jihuan, Vice County Magistrate of County Government, visited the workshop of digital plant to know the needs and expectations of Tiancheng Controls, driving the “through train” of service enterprises into the factory workshop, promoting TC's development with light equipment, and helping TC achieve "a good start".
