On January 21, Excellence and Progress Together meeting between SANY Group and Tiancheng Controls(TC) was held in TC headquarters. TC successfully passed the acceptance of SANY Group's project, whose aim is to achieve excellence and progress together and win-win cooperation, and won the title of "Excellent Improvement Supplier".

Agenda 1

Mr. Lei Xiaoming, General Manager of Tiantai Factory, TC Construction & Commercial Vehicle Division, made an acceptance report. 

Since June of 2021, TC has established the project team of SANY Group Excellence and Progress Together, which is responsible for working out plans and organizing specific implementation. Regarding cost reduction and efficiency improvement of projects, every decision and control comes from standards; and to be systematic and precise, data system, records and analysis are requested in every link. We diagnose the site from nine aspects, inlcuding employee skills, quality control, nonconforming product management, gauge management, warehouse management, internal logistics management, manufacturing process management, personnel performance management and production process layout. Through the improvement scheme of lean production, management improvement, process optimization and information construction, and around the six objectives of quality, cost, delivery, information and efficiency, we have completed a total of 68 improvement items, including 5 items of R&D, 14 items of quality improvement, 35 items of VAVE, 4 items of efficiency improvement and 10 items of logistics improvement, which has effectively reduced costs, maximized customers’ value demand, and offered excellent answers that can satisfy customers.

Agenda 2

Mr. Hong HuiDang, General Manager of TC’s Construction & Commercial Vehicle Division, accompanied the acceptance team of SANY Group to the production line to accept the improvement of workshops.

Agenda 3

TC was given excellent scores by the acceptance team  composed of SANY Group business headquarters, SANY Heavy Industry Division and a third-party institution for Excellence and Progress Together project, and passed the acceptance.

At the awarding ceremony, Mr. Zhang Xiaowei, Chief Business Officer of SANY Heavy Industry business headquarters, said that the remarkable achievements of TC's Excellence and Progress Together project, could not be achieved without the support of senior leaders, the guidance of FormelD and the efforts of all the members. We should continue to improve efficiency through technological innovation and self-renewal, pursue perfection, surpass ourselves and peers, and achieve win-win cooperation through the platform. The 68 improvement items of the project are far from enough. The acceptance is not the end point, but a new starting point".
