Tiancheng Controls held a seminar themed Leadership Co-Creation and Company Strategy with its top management at headquarter on August 10, 2023, which involved 110 attendees (managers and above) from subsidiaries and functional departments of all divisions at main venue and online branch venues.

Chairman Mr. Chen Bangrui made a keynote speech on the overall strategic planning and core competence of the company, clarifying the development goals and key fields in the coming three years, and encouraging attendees to play their own leadership role to facilitate the realization of strategic goals.

Special guest Mr. Chen Qihua, former global vice president of Caterpillar and chairman of Caterpillar China, delivered a speech entitled International Operation Leadership. As a senior expert in leadership, Mr. Chen shared his experience and insights in international operations, and encouraged team members to change their way of thinking, improve their understanding of opportunities in domestic and foreign markets, embrace responsibility with passion, and actively lead the enterprise to an international stage, which gave attendees valuable inspiration and reflection in leadership.

Deputy General Manager Mr. Chen Yun pointed out in the report of Leadership Case Sharing that leadership plays a key role in the core competence of Tiancheng Controls, which is not so much the ability of individuals as that of a TEAM. If team members give full play to their respective advantages, cooperate with each other, and create synergy, response time will be shortened so that we will form a unified front with customers, providing them with better services, and gaining advantages in the marketplace.

Deputy General Manager Mr. Chen Yun shared successful cases involved in person, 

and had a discussion with attendees about core competence through on-site Q&A.

He emphasized the importance of leadership in the implementation of strategic goals, and put forward specific implementation plans for the customer-oriented operation concept, including must-win team building and brand leap plan."We will focus on both empathy and performance management, respect and make the best of the differences among team members to foster better teamwork and innovation. Leadership co-creation will be the core competence of Tiancheng Controls’ development, which will facilitate international operations to achieve sustainable development.” He added.

His speech aroused attendees’ empathy, and the case sharing and in-depth interpretation enhanced their awareness of leadership and inspired them for further improvement.

CFO Mr. Zhou Ping introduced the financial status and performance. Mr. Wu Xiaozhong, director of passenger car R&D center, introduced their latest achievements and development plans. Mr. Chen Shiqi, general manager of Xuzhou Subsidiary, shared the operation and achievements of the factory.

Finally, Chairman Mr. Chen made a summary speech, who reviewed the content of the seminar, emphasized the significance of leadership co-creation for the development of Tiancheng Controls, and put forward our future development prospect and goals. Meanwhile, he encouraged the team to strengthen synergy and leadership so as to achieve implementation of strategic goals, and adapt to market changes and customer demands to improve operational excellence in terms of international development.
